How to calculate selling fees on Shopee
The money that reaches your balance is not the full selling price. Shopee deducts several fees at once from every order. Understanding each part lets you set a price that stays profitable instead of guessing.
These are the components that show up most often, and you can enter all of them in the calculator above.
Administration fee
A percentage of the price the buyer pays. The amount differs by product category and shop type, and it is usually the biggest part of the deduction.
Program service fee
Appears when you join a program like Free Shipping XTRA or Promo XTRA. Each program adds its own percentage depending on participation.
Order processing fee
A fixed fee per order, usually around Rp1,250. Because it is fixed, it feels large on low value orders and small on large ones.
Live, video, and affiliate commission
An extra deduction when the order comes from Shopee Live, Video, or through the affiliate program. It only appears on orders that use those channels.
Worked example
Selling priceRp50.000
Price the buyer pays after discountsRp50.000
Administration fee 8%- Rp4.000
Free Shipping XTRA 4%- Rp2.000
Promo XTRA 2%- Rp1.000
Order processing fee- Rp1.250
Net amount receivedRp41.750
The example above uses estimated rates. Real rates differ per shop and can change, so always check in Seller Centre. To see the deductions that actually happened on your orders, use the calculator from export files.
