Why Shopee fees differ on every order

Many sellers think the Shopee fee is one fixed number. In reality the fee is summed from several separate charges, and each one moves with the program, category, and vouchers on that order. That is why two orders at the same price can pay out different escrow.

These four components show up most often in your Income file.

How to export both files

MainIncome file
Seller Centre, menu Penghasilan Saya
1Open the Finance menu then My Income.
2Pick a period then click Export. Save the Excel file.
OptionalOrders file
Seller Centre, menu Pesanan Saya
1Open My Orders and select All Orders.
2Click Export, choose the same period as the Income file, then export.
